The College and School Network (CSN), which is sponsored by NACEPF, is a distance learning program. CSN is an educational telecommunications network that provides full semester educational courses to public, private and parochial schools as well as to the general subscribing public.

CSN offers private individuals the opportunity to register and enroll in CSN semester courses. Individual subscribers can either audit courses without grades or participate in courses as enrolled students for whom grades, based on midterm and final examinations, will be issued. If individual subscribers wish to transfer these courses, they must research the necessary accrediting procedure for their given location to insure course acceptability for transfer purposes. Subscribers may be required to take a CLEP exam or other exams to obtain school or college credits in certain areas..

It is an accredited member of the Accrediting Commission International, the world’s largest non-governmental accrediting agency, and offers courses through CSN to students nationwide. To date CSN’s programming includes 24 full semester distance learning courses: Russian I and II, French I and II, Spanish I and II, Japanese I and II, German I and II, Latin I and II, Pre-Calculus and Calculus, Computer Software Basics 1 and 2, Visual Math 1 and 2, Computer 3 and 4, Reading with Phonics 1 and 2, and, Music 1 and 2.
